模组对游戏原本的账单系统进行了彻底重做。原本统一的账单现在被拆分为水费、电费、垃圾费、有线电视、互联网、手机费和房产税。如果不及时支付，每一项都会带来负面影响。此外，该模组还为低收入或家庭变故的模拟市民提供政府援助。

政府福利门户：在账单应用中新增“政府福利门户”，可以申请或终止子女抚养费和赡养费，设置资金分配方式，以及申请福利资助。

子女抚养机制：如果一个家长不再住在孩子的家庭中，且监护方提交申请，那么非监护方需按固定金额 + 收入 + 财富比例缴纳子女抚养费。
默认值为 §550 + 5% 家庭财富 + 25% 职业收入。必须优先支付此费用，否则可能导致其他账单逾期甚至模拟市民死亡。

接收子女抚养费：收款方可通过设置将抚养费按比例打入 SNB 子账户。若支付方处于非活跃家庭且无法付款，系统会自动终止抚养费。

赡养费机制：与子女抚养类似，赡养费必须在离婚后立即由接收方申请，系统不会自动提示。计算方式为 §1200 + 5% 家庭财富 + 25% 职业收入。赡养期为 4 周或直到再婚结束。

接收赡养费：必须通过“政府福利门户”主动申请并设置收款方式，之后每期账单自动打款。若对方无力支付，系统将自动停止发放。

Wel-Fund家庭资助计划：专为单亲家庭设计的福利机制。若不符合子女抚养条件，可领取每个未成年子女每周期 §350。孩子升入大学后还可获得 §500 的教育资助金。
申请条件包括：房产价值低于 §40,000 或租金低于 §800、无经营业务、收入低于 §1,050 / 周、未婚且未领取子女抚养费

This mod completely overhauls the game's original billing system. Instead of one unified bill, it now breaks down payments into water, electricity, trash, cable TV, internet, phone service, and property tax. If not paid on time, each category will have its own negative consequences. The mod also provides government assistance for low-income Sims or those experiencing family hardships.

A new "Government Benefits Portal" is added to the billing app, allowing Sims to apply for or terminate child support and alimony, set up fund distribution methods, and apply for financial aid.

The child support system works as follows: if one parent no longer lives in the child's household and the custodial guardian submits an application, the non-custodial parent must pay a fixed amount based on family wealth and income. The default is §550 + 5% of household wealth + 25% of career income. This payment is prioritized above other bills, and failure to pay may result in overdue bills or even Sim death.

Recipients of child support can configure it to be deposited into an SNB sub-account. If the payer belongs to an inactive household and cannot make payments, the system will automatically stop the support.

The alimony system is similar. Alimony must be applied for by the recipient immediately after divorce, as the system does not prompt this automatically. The default amount is §1200 + 5% of household wealth + 25% of career income. The support period lasts for four weeks or until remarriage.

To receive alimony, the Sim must apply through the Government Benefits Portal and set up a payment method. Payments will then be made automatically with each billing cycle. If the payer is unable to pay, the system will stop the support.

The Wel-Fund Family Assistance Program is a welfare system designed for single-parent households. If child support eligibility is not met, the household can receive §350 per minor child per cycle. Once a child enters university, they can also receive a §500 educational grant.

Eligibility requirements include: home value under §40,000 or rent under §800, no business ownership, income below §1,050 per week, unmarried, and not currently receiving child support.
