模组为游戏添加了新的疾病、伤害、慢性病、过敏、医疗紧急情况和与怀孕相关的健康状况，以及预防保健、自然免疫系统、药物和补充剂、医生就诊、免疫接种、致命疾病等等

模组安装后小人会自动获得免疫系统等级。在手机和模拟市民身上都会出现“医疗保健”菜单，但一般不太需要用到，除非你想去献血、接种疫苗… 而且很多选项都是灰色的，这代表模拟市民很健康，不需要看医生。

疾病会自动的分配给小人，当模拟市民的情绪栏里出现“来自????”就代表患有疾病，这时候就需要使用菜单前往医生那里确诊了。确诊后，请注意弹窗并仔细阅读需要的药物，然后使用菜单的药店购买。

模组拥有独立的作弊菜单，位于“动作”内，可以手动添加/删除疾病、重置模组等等功能。疾病有几率导致小人死亡（虽然几率很低），但以防万一，你也可以在作弊菜单中禁用/开启模拟市民/家庭成员死亡。

This mod adds new illnesses, injuries, chronic conditions, allergies, medical emergencies, and pregnancy-related health issues to the game—along with preventive care, a natural immune system, medications and supplements, doctor visits, vaccinations, fatal diseases, and more.

After installing the mod, Sims will automatically receive an immune system level. A Healthcare menu will appear on phones and Sims themselves, but it’s usually not needed—unless you want to donate blood, get vaccinated, etc. Many options will appear grayed out, indicating that the Sim is healthy and doesn’t need to see a doctor.

Diseases are assigned automatically. When you see a moodlet like “From ????”, it means the Sim is sick. Use the menu to visit a doctor for diagnosis. After diagnosis, read the pop-up carefully to know which medication is required, then use the menu to buy it from the pharmacy.

The mod includes a dedicated cheat menu under the “Actions” category, where you can manually add/remove illnesses, reset the mod, and more. Some illnesses can lead to death (though the chance is low). Just in case, you can toggle death on/off for Sims or household members in the cheat menu.
