激活模组：手机的R|E应用 雇佣房产中介 / 申请房产估价 来开启模组的游玩。这将让你选择房屋中介（评级决定水平），他们将帮助你处理所有房地产事务 – 购房、售房或管理出租房产。之后你需要与中介预约会面，设置购房愿望清单，或对当前房产进行估价。

购房流程：在与中介会面时设置购房愿望清单，中介将根据你的条件返回一批符合要求的房源。中介提供房源后，可根据手机R|E应用中「查看房源列表」的步骤按顺序进行。

房产管理：你可以拥有多处住所，并为每块地设置各自的房屋服务和单独的房产税。你可以随时更换主住宅，出售或出租某个非主住所而不影响其他房产

房产出租：模拟市民现在可以将多余房产出租，获取被动收入。收租每周一次，若租户迟交，系统自动加收5%滞纳金。驱逐租户需要支付 §150，若提前解除租约，租客拖欠部分将无法追回。租约默认有效期为4周，之后可以续签、改租金续签、或驱逐租户。

成为租户：你的模拟市民也可以租住他人房产，包括公寓、空置房屋、空地。租户流程与购房流程基本相同，不同的是与房东面试。

房产估价：估价系统是模组的核心功能，可用于设置售价、将来抵押贷款（通过SNB金融中心）、房产翻新增值。完成后会弹窗展示房产估价，并指出影响估值的关键因素。你也可以在手机菜单查看已估价房产的当前价值。

This mod greatly enhances the experience of buying, renting, and collecting rent in your Sim’s life.
One super fun feature is the ability to own multiple properties!

Activate the Mod:
Use the R|E app on your Sim’s phone to hire a real estate agent or request a property appraisal to begin using the mod.
This will let you choose a real estate agent (their rating determines quality), who will assist you with all real estate matters—buying, selling, or managing rental properties.
You’ll then need to schedule a meeting with your agent to set your property wishlist or request an appraisal of your current home.

Home Buying Process:
During the agent meeting, set your wishlist for buying a home.
The agent will then return a list of homes that match your criteria.
After receiving listings, follow the “View Property Listings” steps in the R|E app on your phone.

Property Management:
You can own multiple residences, and set individual home services and property taxes per lot.
You can change your primary residence at any time, and sell or rent out any non-primary home without affecting the others.

Renting Out Property:
Your Sim can now rent out extra properties and earn passive income.
Rent is collected weekly. If a tenant is late, a 5% late fee is automatically applied.
Evicting a tenant costs §150. If the lease is broken early, any unpaid rent will not be recoverable.
Default lease term is 4 weeks, after which you can renew, renegotiate rent, or evict the tenant.

Becoming a Renter:
Your Sim can also rent property from others—including apartments, empty houses, and vacant lots.
The rental process is similar to the buying process, but includes an interview with the landlord.

Property Appraisal:
The appraisal system is a core feature of the mod.
It is used to set the selling price, secure future mortgages (via SNB Financial Center), or increase value through renovations.
After appraisal, a pop-up will show the estimated value and key factors that influenced it.
You can also view the current value of appraised properties from the phone menu.
