Chinese translation of Celebrity Hideout Lot Trait By Triplis

This mod adds a new lot trait called Celebrity Hideout. Celebrities who show up on the lot will be automatically disguised (and should have it automatically removed when they leave). I left out player-controlled sims because you can just go to a mirror to add/remove the disguise and I didn't want to mess with player choice in that way.

I made this because celebrities showing up to restaurants was making my restaurant more difficult to play. So far in my playing with it, celebrities will show up sometimes, but people treat them like regular sims, which is exactly what I wanted it to do.
