Goal Oriented: Do Homework Tweak.

This tweak makes both the "Make up Homework" and "Extra Credit" counts toward the "Do Homework 5 times" in the first step of the Goal Oriented Aspiration.

Despite teens being able to do extra homework interactions, these do not count towards the objective of doing homework, this makes the first stage of the aspiration takes a minimum of 5 days (if you forget to have it selected, then you are out of luck). This can be pretty troublesome due the next step requiring to attend to Career Day, wich takes place every other week, especially with Teens who age up with a B grade from being good students as childs, and can't ruin your plans of graduating early. Well, this mod gives you a fair chance.
