⚙️ CAS OVERRIDES:

EF61 Reaper's Rewards' CAS items are a bit of a mess.

These FOURTEEN (14) overrides remove Randomization, add missing Gender, Fashion Choice, Outfit Type, and Fabric flags, and modify Restrictions and Filters to standardize them against my other CAS Overrides and future CAS Overrides.
