[Greenleaf]BaseLayer_N1

I wanted some thinner, more breathable Base Layers that were more suitable for wearing in warm climates, so I made them.
I've modified and recolored the base game's Base Layer, adding new textures and lowering the opacity for a more translucent look. 
V1 features solid colors and gradients, with 26 swatches.
V2 features star patterns and heart patterns, with 22 swatches.
V3 features floral, plaid, striped, leopard, polka dot, and lace patterns, with 31 swatches in total.
