Magnolia Promenade Office and Retail

Part of my re-building Magnolia Promenade series. This lot consists of an office (for freelance careers or any creative gameplay), a bistro, cafe, book store, record store and 2 apartments. One apartment is fully furnished the other studio has a kitchen and bathroom and the rest is for you to personalize as you wish.

I have it set as a retail lot at the moment, but you could change it to a cafe, where you can have a barista and a bar tender.

 I love the idea of creating realistic spaces, even though they don't always function exactly the way I'd like. I just wanted this to feel like a busy retail/office block area and well if you know the Sims, they tend to all gather around one retail section and nowhere else hahah but quite a few did venture up to the office area, which made it feel a little more alive.

I've been wanting to  create a record store for ages and while we don't have records to sell or even anything that really resembles record store items ... I did it anyway! :)  Please note that the posters I got from the gallery are showing up as cc, so you will need to check the "including cc" box when placing this lot. 

 The book store is great, functions well and quite a few of those book stacks can be sold so makes it feel a bit more immersive.

And then there's the 2 apartments upstairs a 1 bedroom (furnished) and a studio for you to furnish as you please.
