Unlike other buids, the apartments from San Myshuno and Evergreen Harbor can only be posted as rooms, which means I had to trick the game, into thinking the entire apartment is within one, by removing a wall for every room, drawing a bunch of looses ones and then moving them to cover the gaps. Although, after you've bulldozed the previous apartment and placed this one, I suggest redrawing a few walls, so the rooms return to being recognized as different ones, to facilitate painting walls.

My initial plan included For Rent as well to make it very moldy, but once I realized rooms can't have lot traits, I though it would be better to just use one pack. It's my first time making something with it, and even though it's an older one, there's a ton of artwork, decent curtains, some good cheap objects and a bunch of expensive stuff.

Theorically, making an apartment would save up simoleons on the exterior, but my budget had to include their costly windows and deal with the medium walls. Ended up switching the windows for the single version, which is somehow cheaper, but I had to sacrifice one of their pricey curtains to buy an artwork. Oh, I doubt the toddler will mind. It's probably safer to not have them anyway.

I'm a bit disappointed this one lacked a balcony, but at least it also lacked any permanent objects, and I love how small it is. Can you believe the original lot only had one bedroom? So much empty space.

By the way, this is part of the same Brazilian Save File I've worked before. Willow Creek was turned into Curitiba, while San Myshuno will be the stand in for São Paulo!
