Simple Modern Life

This is a 4 unit build with 1 bed and 2 bath units plenty of patio space as well... can sleep up too 6 Sims plenty of skill  items as well...On a 30 x 20 lot and can be used eather way ...No CC and only base game play tested... also has a rooftop bar and large pool... hope you enjoy... remember to use bb.moveobjects on when placing should be fine if not...
