The Hookah beach bar has a really large outdoor area for smoking hookah and relax. Your sim can enjoy the sunset with an ice-cold cocktail or dance into the night on the dance floor.
Is your sim the owner of this fancy bar? Then use the outside stairs after a long work shift and retreat to your maritime apartment and recharge your batteries for a new day.
