Unused Strays Household

Apparently you can't have "test" int he project name, but that's what the name of the household is in the game's files!

This is an unused Strays test household. Must be used to testing stray cats, right? Interestingly the name is Mayor Whiskers and they share the same traits as the beloved feline!
